By attending classes, events, services, activities, and using the studio facilities and equipment provided by Revolution, a brand under Rhythm Studios Pte Ltd (the “Company”), you hereby acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks and dangers associated with the strenuous nature of these classes and services.
You acknowledge that you have been fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences, including but not limited to abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, or death. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in intense physical exercise.
You confirm that you are in good health and suffer from no disease or congenital medical conditions that would prevent you from utilizing the services. You hereby declare that you have not concealed any information regarding congenital diseases, medical conditions, or health status from the Company that may affect your ability to participate safely. The Company reserves the right to deny participation in its services if health concerns are identified.
You acknowledge and agree to always exercise responsibly and with due care and attention to your own medical and mental condition.
You understand and accept all risks of injury from studio activities and using any studio equipment. You understand and agree that Revolution, and any other studio operated by the Company that you visit, do not, to the maximum extent permitted by law, accept any liability for any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, except where such incidents arise directly from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.
You assume all risk for your health and well-being and agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and anyone you have booked with your account. You fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its entities.
You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company or its entities will not be liable to you under any theory of liability. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company or its entities will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of data (even if foreseeable) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the services.

You acknowledge that the Company does not provide medical, nursing, or health advisory services, including any medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. You agree that participation in activities is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your own medical needs.
Further, you acknowledge that exercising and using all equipment, including lockers provided by the Company, may result in risk or danger. Therefore, you agree to accept all the risks and agree that the Company, its shareholders, authorized directors, representatives, and employees shall not be liable for your injury, illness, death, or damage to your property, which may directly or indirectly arise from utilization of services at the studio.
General Safety
The Company reserves the right to ask any member who does not comply with safety instructions, studio rules, and regulations to leave the studio. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Trainers and instructors have the authority to stop a member from participating in a class if they deem that continued participation could cause injury. Members and guests of members must comply with the trainer’s instructions.
The Company advises members not to bring valuables into the studio and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property, whether in lockers, common areas, or other studio facilities.
Model Release
The member hereby assigns and grants the Company and its legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, or other media for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes across all forms of media, without limitation or compensation.
You hereby acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 years or older) and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth.
