STUDIO POLICIES

Bookings open on Sundays at 12PM for Revolution package holders 2 weeks in advance
Bookings for ClassPass users open on a rolling 8-day basis from 12PM onwards
All cancellations are to be done 12 hours before the class to avoid a forfeited credit.
Bookings must be made using an account belonging to the rider, regardless of whether the booking is done via ClassPass or using a package.
Revolution does not allow assigning of guests.
Selling of classes or packages is STRICTLY prohibited.

First-timers are required to arrive 15 minutes before class for a safety briefing.
Do arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
ID checks are mandatory.
Shoes cannot be worn to the toilet, please visit the washroom before checking in.
Studio doors close punctually, and those who arrive late will be denied entry.
Riders denied entry will have their credit forfeited. ClassPass users will have to contact ClassPass to waive their no-show fee.

Personal belongings can be brought into the studio, but cannot be placed near bike wheels.
Nothing is to be placed on the floor during class.
Long-form filming during class is strictly prohibited.
Re-entry is NOT allowed.

All package validity dates are from the date of purchase
Atome purchases are manually transacted and require 2-3 working days to be credited.
Packages can no longer be shared, but credits can be allocated out instead. Outside of the Free Allocations, it will cost $10/allocation. Do note allocations are charged per user allocated to, not per transaction.
To allocate credits, drop an email to contact@revolution.com.sg and include the email address of sharing members. Requests will be fulfilled in 2-3 working days.
Leftover credits from Standard/Student packs can be carried over into any pack. Allocated credits are not considered a package). Carryover credits will then follow the validity of the new package.
There will be a $2 carryover fee per credit, which can only be paid over the counter or via PayNow. Do note the $2 fee will be waived for the first 10% of credits from the original purchase for the main purchaser.
For series extensions, please drop an email to contact@revolution.com.sg with the necessary supporting documents. Do note that extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Revolution.
Instructor promo codes give 10% additional classes for purchases of 10 classes or more. Additional classes will be credited within 7 working days from the end of the sale.
Instructor codes cannot be applied retrospectively once the transaction has been processed.
Complimentary classes cannot be shared among sharing members, and strictly cannot be extended.
